Playing tourist

I love to travel to see other places and experience the culture, food, and life. And with all the traveling I crave, I always forget that there’s so much to see in Seattle that I miss out on.

This is a unique city with so much character that has a little something for everyone. Today, I had the opportunity to check out the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum located at the Seattle Center. I’m not sure why it has taken me so long to finally go here, but I’m glad I went today. If you ever find yourself in Seattle, I recommend you check it out.  It’s a combination of Chihuly’s glass work and additional pieces of artwork proudly displayed in rooms with black walls to make the colors stand out.  In addition to the indoor exhibit is a garden full of glass sculptures and colorful plants.  Check out some of the pictures below.
